Anna's PlaceFriends' Reunion (February 2003)
On 1st February 2003 (just under 6 weeks after I transitioned) I met up with a group of my old friends in a pub near Reading. By then I had been out of contact with everyone for nearly 5 years but it was like nothing had changed!
They were all awesome, and I was made to feel completely at ease
Postscript: It's now 17 years since this meetup, they're all still brilliant and we're all still in touch.
